Tips for finding the right foundation:
- Test it out on your jaw line
- Take someone you trust with you to give you an opinion
- Don't be afraid to walk outside and look at yourself in daylight
- If its a drugstore foundation keep the receipt so you can return if not your shade
- Always trust your opinion even if the person applying is a Make up artist... trust what you see
- If you already know a shade that suits you compare it with the new foundation you want to buy... hold the bottles together and compare... undertones and color
- Take the bottle of the foundation that matches you so you can compare it
- Ask for samples if its a high end store
- Research online what others say... especially if they have the same skin type as you etc
What are your tips?
